Why Become a Mentor? (EXECUTIVE Director level and above)

•        Share insights into your career path

•        Provide guidance, motivation, and support

•        Discuss exploring career opportunities, setting goals, and developing contacts

•        Discuss what it means to be a leader

•        Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Why Become a Mentee? (EXECUTIVE Director level and below)

•        Grow your professional network

•        Develop your professional skills

•        Learn to navigate workplace challenges

•        Explore opportunities and build your career path

Program Structure:

•        The program duration is 10 weeks

•        Pairs are encouraged to connect at least once every two weeks via phone, Zoom, or in-person.

Eligibility:

•        Applicants must be current, recent, or retired members of the exhibition and distribution industry, or affiliated departments and services of the studio system.

•        Applicants who hold current internships within the exhibition and distribution industry, or affiliated departments and services of the studio system are also eligible.

•        While a match is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate everyone who registers.

Program Timeline:

•        07/21/23 – Registration Opens

•        09/15/23 – Registration Extended

•        09/29/23 – Mentor Virtual Kick-Off Event with AMC’s Ryan Wood / Program Start

•        12/08/23 – Program Ends
