what is lead?

Mission:

• Empowering underrepresented minorities in the entertainment industry through education and career development. 

Objectives:

• At Film Row LEAD our goal is to gain understanding, compassion and unity through Leadership, Education, Advancement, and Diversity.

Our Strategy:

•  To create a more diverse environment and expand our community by offering events and workshops to individuals in the field at the theater level.  Through various programs, individuals will have exposure to studio executives, exhibition partners and vendors to better understand the roles and opportunities that may be available to them.
